Schedule
Project work schedules are broken down into a series of phases and tasks. Although the length of time to complete may vary depending upon the size of the project, the phases and tasks follow identical paths. All work is structured to build from the overall to the specific. Each phase and task built upon the results of the previous completed work.
Project Life Cycle Overview
Each and every phase is punctuated with a submittal of delivery of products followed by owner review. Approvals are required after each submitted phase and prior to proceeding with the following phase. The combination of work, submittal, review and approval constitute a complete phase.
Kaser Design has never missed a due date or failed to adhere to or keep pace with a project schedule. In most cases we have found the evaluation and response time of our submittals as the chief drag to scheduling. We take great pride in our abilities to respond and deliver quickly. We are ready to adapt to our clients needs; as the workload increases we expand our staff both in-house and through association.
